Introductory Trip
Blaenavon Iron Works World Heritage Site trip including, Pwll Mawr (Big Pit) trip. 10.30am - 5.00pm.
Free entry to Blaenavon iron works (1789 'the best preserved 18th Century ironworks in the world') and the Big Pit including trip 300ft underground into mine workings.
Coach £5, limited to 100 people, 2 trips down the pit, 1 at 1.00, 1 at 2.00, leave Blaenavon 3.15 back at Kidwelly 5.15 - 5.30.

Green sand moulding Matt Sigmon, Welding Demo Thermadyne Industries focusing on cast iron but the procedure for welding dissimilar materials will be explored.
